My name is Carol and I am the Parent Support Adviser here at Castle Hill Infants.
I am looking forward to meeting some of you I have not yet worked with.
Home and School life are often linked, and I am here to help and support you if you have worries and need advice or a listening ear.

- Signpost to other agencies and make referrals on your behalf
- Give general advice and guidance
- Assist with financial worries /difficulties
- Help with child development concerns
- Support with strategies on positive parenting and managing your child’s behaviour
- Offer support to your child in school through 1/1 Thrive if this is deemed appropriate

Hampshire Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) – Work with children and young people aged 0-18 years old that have mental health and emotional difficulties that are significantly affecting their life and relationships. https://hampshirecamhs.nhs.uk/help/parents-carers/
Hampshire Youth Access (HYA) – Advice and support for children across Hampshire. One of the services they provide is a free face to face counselling service for 5-17 year olds.
Spotlight UK – Provide a variety of support and extra-curricular activities for families and young people. This includes after school clubs and a mentoring service.
